Sallie Stanton
Chief Education Officer
Sallie has over 17 years of experience in education, having trained as a secondary English teacher before becoming a lead practitioner and department leader. Prior to joining Advantage Schools, Sallie held leadership roles within large secondary schools and sixth forms, and acted as a subject leader within Initial Teacher Training. Since joining Advantage Schools, she has led the quality of education across our primary and secondary schools. Her expertise in strategic planning, school improvement, curriculum development and school leadership drives Advantage Schools’ vision of delivering the highest quality of education and pupil outcomes, serving the community.

- BA Hons English Language and Literature
- PGCE Secondary English
- NPQEL.
