Chief People and Management Officer
Kevin is a very experienced Human Resources and Operations leader with over 15 years of experience across the education and hospitality sectors. As a key member of the Advantage Schools leadership team, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise in driving organisational change, fostering operational improvements, and championing employee engagement.
His understanding of strategic HR enables him to craft and execute the comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the trust's vision of delivering exceptional education and student outcomes. Kevin has a proven ability to implement transformative HR initiatives that enhance employee performance and satisfaction and support the broader mission of serving the community through educational excellence.
Kevin ensures that staff and students have the resources and support needed to achieve as highly as possible, ensuring that Advantage Schools continues to excel in fulfilling its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and execution of the trust’s People Strategy
- Overseeing the strategic direction and management of the trust’s I.T. infrastructure
- Spearheading innovative employee engagement initiatives.
Education and Qualifications:
- CIPD, Human Resources Chartered Fellow (Level 7)
- Certified Data Protection Officer
- BSc Honours in International Hospitality and Tourism Management.
